What We Do

Edinburgh Headway Group aims to empower and enrich the lives of adults who have survived an Acquired Brain injury (ABI).  We do this by providing high quality person-centred rehabilitation services which support both adults with brain injury and their carers.

Our Work​
 

All our work is aimed at helping adults with acquired brain injuries (our members), their carers and their families.

​

Within our premises  there is wide range of rehabilitation activities through our Day Support. We provide activities from Monday-Thursday in our large recreational rehab suite and well equipped gymnasium, as well as running regular outings.

​

It is important to us that the family members and friends of our members are also supported. We run a Carer Support program which provides support to those who are caring for a relative or friend with a brain injury through social, information and peer support events. We also work closely with families to ensure they are well supported.
