Fundraising is vital to our survival and there are loads of fun ways to help raise money and awareness.

Every 90 seconds someone in the UK is admitted to hospital with a Brain Injury.

Yet despite this, there is a lack of funding and knowledge about this ‘invisible’ condition.

Currently, we have to raise 83% of our income to support our services. To maintain our work we are dependent on voluntary donations.

Our members and staff are incredibly grateful to our supporters.

We rely on voluntary contributions, including gifts in Wills, to help fund our work supporting families struggling to cope with life after brain injury.

It is easy to include Edinburgh Headway in your Will - simply give your solicitor our charity name and number:

Annual Collection

Annual Collection: It is like a piggy bank thing. You can either do it on an individual, family, or community basis. Just devote a donation box, and keep making donations every now and then when you come across an unspent pence or a pound in your pocket. Encourage your friends,family and work collegues to do the same!

Car Wash

Car Wash: Choose either a community place, a parking lot, or a door to door option, offer to wash cars for a reasonable charge, and you will see people flocking to get it done.
